The High Performance Center of SIA Academy was born with the aim of creating an International Soccer Academy where the main objective is to provide the player with the necessary tools to develop all their skills related to this sport, recognized as the king in Spain, Europe and much of the world.
It is located in Enguera, a town located between the two most important capitals of the Valencian Community, Alicante and Valencia. The Center is strategically built to help, due to its climate and orography, in the physical preparation of the players, where the pleasant Mediterranean climate is enjoyed throughout the year.
After 6 years in operation, SIA Academy has become one of the International Academies of reference, both nationally and internationally.
SIA Academy differs from the vast majority of academies in that it has its own sports facilities with everything necessary for the player to have a total experience from the first moment he arrives at SIA, so that he can feel and work like the professional players of any of the most important teams.
The players have continued to reside within the facilities and have been subjected to exhaustive monitoring in order to be able to exercise as normally as possible.
SIA Academy invests in training, development and innovation to ensure that the players involved in one of our programs or teams have everything they need to develop their full soccer potential.
SIA Academy's commitment to comprehensive training is clear. The High Performance training designed under the SIA methodology is exhaustively combined with educational workshops.
Nutrition, video analysis, psychology, physical preparation or language classes are some of the elite resources that SIA Academy puts at the service of the young player.
These educational workshops and high performance training are further enhanced by the technology implemented at SIA Academy. Being at the forefront of technology allows us to analyze in detail any player's data, from his movements on the field to his heart rate.
In addition, all the staff that is part of the process is highly qualified with degrees that accredit their training and with experience in the sports sector and in the educational sector, since we work with players aged between 12 and 23 years, so the educational aspect and learning emotional skills is very important, in the academy we prepare to be better soccer players and more competent people, more competitive, with greater emotional well-being. Emotional learning is a training from soccer for soccer and for life and in SIA we take care and we are fully involved in this whole process.

Within our first class facilities we have our own hotel for the accommodation of the players, a natural grass field and an artificial turf field as well as a space for specific training and goalkeeper training.
On the other hand, we also have a gymnasium, physiotherapy room, study rooms and audiovisual room with the most advanced technology. In addition, we also have within the facility a restaurant with a large lounge area from where you can see perfectly the training and matches of our players.

In a totally globalized soccer, we can find different currents and methodologies used by high level teams and on which both professional and grassroots soccer academies are based to provide players with the greatest number of experiences so that within the training process, they can experience all kinds of situations that make them improve their soccer level.
In our academy, we try to put ourselves in the shoes of each of the players who come to train with us and we work following an orderly methodology based on tactical periodization, in addition to individualizing processes to further specify the training of each of them.
It is important the training load and the hours that the players are involved in the tasks that mark the high performance program, which is taken care of by our highly qualified professionals in each of our departments.
To guarantee the quality of the process, we use the most advanced sports technology such as GPS bands to monitor the players during training sessions and matches, in addition to the recording of all activity that takes place within our facilities, which is then studied and worked on by our video analysis department.
